1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute the entire legal agreement between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and 8fafafa (hereinafter referred to as "8fafafa", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 8fafafa website at https://8fafafa.cam and all associated services, games, applications, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering a player account, accessing any game or service, or making any deposit or withdrawal through the 8fafafa Platform, you unconditionally confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform and must not register an account.

These Terms are written in English and this English version shall be the authoritative version for all legal purposes. The Platform is operated for and directed at Malaysian users, and all monetary references are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

2Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the 8fafafa Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• ◆ You must be at least 21 years of age. 8fafafa strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any point. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• ◆ You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and associations are not permitted to hold accounts on the Platform.
• ◆ You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• ◆ You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement on this Platform or any related platform at the time of registration.
• ◆ You must hold a single account only. The operation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by one individual is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• ◆ You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which your use of online gaming and wagering services does not violate applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to confirm your legal position before registering.

4Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 8fafafa Platform. The registration process requires the provision of a valid email address, a secure password, and personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact information. All information provided must accurately reflect your actual identity.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and as part of our anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations, 8fafafa may require Members to complete a KYC verification process. Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• ◆A valid government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• ◆Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• ◆Proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot or partial statement of the relevant Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or other account)
• ◆Any additional documentation reasonably required by 8fafafa's compliance team

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 8fafafa will never contact you requesting your password. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility. You must notify 8fafafa's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

8fafafa processes all transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating financial institutions.

• ◆The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• ◆Deposits made via e-wallet or FPX are typically credited to your account balance within five (5) minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• ◆You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ◆8fafafa does not charge deposit processing fees, however your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

• ◆The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
• ◆Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering standards.
• ◆E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five (5) minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to sixty (60) minutes. Processing times are indicative and may vary during peak periods or under manual review.
• ◆Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification prior to processing. 8fafafa reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification.
• ◆Only Real Money Funds (net of applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds) may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements are satisfied.

6Bonuses & Promotions

8fafafa may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral incentives to eligible Members from time to time. All such promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this Section 6, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion.

• ◆Each promotion is available to eligible Members only. Eligibility criteria (including minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and account standing requirements) will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• ◆Bonus Funds are credited as a separate balance. Any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds.
• ◆Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, and per IP address unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• ◆8fafafa reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In the event of a clear error in a promotion's terms or bonus calculation, 8fafafa reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected balances.
• ◆Birthday Bonus tiers (Bronze: MYR 188 / Silver: MYR 388 / Gold: MYR 888 / VIP: MYR 2,688) and the Referral Bonus of MYR 38 per successful referral are subject to verification and the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• ◆Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, use of bots, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in account suspension.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and wagering activities available on the 8fafafa Platform are governed by game-specific rules published within each game interface and on relevant help pages. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• ◆Bets placed and accepted through the Platform are final and binding once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing their selections before confirming any wager.
• ◆In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 8fafafa will use all reasonable means to restore the session to its last valid confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.
• ◆Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that specific wager. Live in-play odds for football markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, and UFC bouts — are updated in real time and fluctuate accordingly.
• ◆Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. The Platform's published rules for void selections within a Parlay (e.g., event cancellation, postponement) will apply to determine whether the leg is removed or the full Parlay is voided.
• ◆Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
• ◆8fafafa reserves the right to void any bet or withhold payment where there is reasonable evidence of manipulation, collusion, exploitation of system errors, or any other form of unfair play.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8fafafa Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in the conduct described below will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• ◆Registering more than one account, whether in your own name, under an alias, or using a third party's identity or payment method
• ◆Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to access, interact with, or place bets on the Platform in a non-human manner
• ◆Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or other conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event
• ◆Laundering funds or using the Platform for any purpose connected with financial crime, fraud, or criminal activity
• ◆Exploiting software vulnerabilities, technical glitches, or errors in the Platform's pricing or bonus systems to gain an unfair advantage
• ◆Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other Members through any communication channel
• ◆Attempting to transfer account balances to any third party or to access another Member's account without authorisation

9Responsible Gambling

8fafafa is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment. Use of the Platform is permitted for players aged 21 and above only. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Members manage their gambling behaviour, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion facilities.

If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of the self-exclusion tools available within your account settings. Upon activation of self-exclusion, your account will be restricted from all wagering activity for the duration of your chosen exclusion period. 8fafafa takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will process them promptly.

10Intellectual Property

All content published on the 8fafafa Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, trademarks, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8fafafa or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants any Member any right, licence, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes.

• ◆You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 8fafafa.
• ◆You may not use any automated means to scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the Platform, including odds data, game results, or promotional information.
• ◆The 8fafafa name, logo, and brand marks are proprietary trademarks and may not be used in any commercial or promotional context without explicit written authorisation.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8fafafa, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8fafafa makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In any event, 8fafafa's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the account balance held at the time of the relevant incident.

Nothing in this Section shall limit 8fafafa's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Account Suspension & Termination

8fafafa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• ◆Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable specific game or promotion rules
• ◆Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• ◆Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 of these Terms
• ◆Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period upon request
• ◆Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more
• ◆Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Member
• ◆Any legally mandated instruction from a competent authority

A Member may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 8fafafa's support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance (net of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

13Amendments to Terms

8fafafa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to Members via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory authority.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms. 14Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 8fafafa Platform that cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as applicable to the Platform's operations.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent 8fafafa from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction as may be necessary to protect its rights or prevent harm. The Platform is intended for use by Malaysian audiences, and the content and features available on the Platform are directed at Malaysian residents.
